1. How could I get samples?
In normally way, we can only supply some free samples to the old customers, if you have a FedEx,DHL,
TNT,UPS account No.or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
While in the first business, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the
samples to you after receipt of the payment.
2. What is the minimum quantity in orders?
Usually the minimum quantity is 100pcs; of course, we can accept several samples for your first order.
3. How can I get your price list?
Please send email or fax to inform us which items you are interested in, we will give you our price idea
within 24 hours.
4. Can you customize my design...if so what is my minimum?
Yes. If you have some opinions to our current products. We can be able to create custom made design
as per your requests, the minimum order quantity is 1000pcs.
5. Can you design inserts / packaging for me?
Yes, there is a minimum quantity requirement and up front fee for printing. Ask our sales for details.
6. How do you package your products?
Basically in BOX. And if you have the special requirement, we will follow your formula.
7. What's your usual payment term for orders ?
Telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our company bank account after order confirmation. For samples, we accept
Western Union.
8. What are the freight transportation ways?
A. Courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
B. Air-Line shipping
C. Sea shipping transportation.
We can arrange any above transportation way for you.
